When you register, book an appointment or receive treatment, we collect details such as your name, age, contact number, address, and the medical information needed for your care — history, examination findings, test reports and prescriptions.

How it is used

Your information is used only to provide medical care, maintain your hospital record, process billing and insurance documents, and contact you about appointments or follow-ups. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Medical confidentiality

Medical records are kept confidential and shared only with the treating team, with you or your authorised family member, or where the law requires disclosure. NICU and maternity records receive the same protection.

This website

This website does not require login and does not collect personal information by itself. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, the details you share are used only to respond to you. The embedded map is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies as per Google's policies.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your discharge summary and reports at the reception desk, and ask us to correct any factual errors in your contact details. For any privacy question, write to drsurabhimohabeyhospital@gmail.com.
